The garage is also ready for fun – including a ping pong table, air hockey and a generous supply of beach toys. There is even an electric car charging outlet available. The main-level great room is sleek, with inset lighting, a gas fireplace, TV, and an extensive plush sectional.

Choices abound for dining: you can pull up a seat at the oversized custom built table, the window bar, or breakfast bar in the state-of-the art kitchen, with its stainless appliances, subway tile and luxurious quartz counters. You can also eat outside at the picnic table and barbecue on the large covered patio. The backyard sports a hot tub, fire-pit, lawn area, fencing for privacy, and a custom outdoor private shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. White Sand is in a quiet neighborhood a half-block to the beach and an easy walk to the charming Oceanlake District, with fun shops like Prehistoric, several dining options, a bookstore, a bakery, and an historic and independent movie theater, the Bijou.
