Our founders, Meredith and Jon Oksenholt, started Meredith Lodging to provide something they saw was missing from the vacation home management industry: a business focused on the intersection where property management meets hospitality. They saw the chance to do things better, to invest heavily in the teams and technology it takes to help our Owners homes be among the most successful in their markets, to make the vacation planning experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible for our Guests, and to create a culture on innovation and opportunity to attract and retain some of the most talented Employees in the business.

Today, Meredith Lodging employs an extensive and experienced team who works hard every day to maintain this focus. We believe property management is best done locally and our teams aim to continually raise the bar on excellent service to our Owners and Guests.
