This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom + den condominium is very nicely upgraded. The spacious floor plan offers high ceilings and lovely new furnishings to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The comfortable yet stylish living room has a flat screen TV and fireplace, and the open kitchen is well equipped for entertaining guests. The primary bedroom offers a spacious en suite bathroom with step in shower, plus a private patio. The guest bedroom has access to the hall bathroom with a step in shower. There is also a separate office with privacy doors, that has a workspace and a Murphy bed for the occasional overnight guest.

The back patio has a dining table, built-in BBQ grill, and plenty of lounge seating, all overlooking the fairway and mountains providing beautiful vistas as the light changes throughout the day. A community pool / spa is just a short walk away. There is also a full size private laundry room in this unit, and a private 2 car garage for your convenience.
