With its wind-screened deck, front-seat-to-the ocean patio with whimsical beach sculpture, The Ocean Lounge’s siren call is to enjoy the panoramic oceanfront views from its cliff-top location. Time in the sun and ocean breezes will scour away your weekday concerns and wheeling seabirds and whale sightings will return you to a more relaxed, contented state of mind. Indoors, the roar of the ocean, and lots of Pacific light will continue that ambiance; the great room’s soaring windows, ocean views, and the placement of its contemporary furnishings keep the ocean in mind.
You and your guests can gather on the comfy sofas and chairs for a time around the gas fire and flat-screen TV, or maybe you’d rather converse at the circular bar pointed out to the ocean view. When dinner comes out of the luxurious kitchen with its tile flooring, granite countertops, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and gas range, you’ll be happy to sit around the table with family and friends for an ocean-view feast. The end of the day brings more happy news: a romantic king master suite has its own fireplace, access to the deck, and a walk-in shower. A main-level queen bedroom is spacious, cheerful, and bright. The kids will flip for the upstairs loft tucked under the eaves, with their own couch and TV, an adorable “playhouse” full bath, and foosball table.
You’re near beach access, minutes from the marina, historic Bayfront and Oregon Coast Aquarium of Newport, and poised to explore the South-Central Coast, including Waldport, Yachats, and Florence. We know—it will be hard to tear yourself away from your Ocean Lounge, but it will be there to embrace you in style after a day exploring the coast!
This home has a strict and enforced occupancy limit of six persons. Failure to adhere to this occupancy will result in an eviction from the home. The home is on a septic system and cannot handle more than six persons using the water in the home at any time. You can be held liable for damage to the septic system if you violate this contract.
