This is a charming property. We especially enjoyed the ocean view from the deck. We love to cook so the kitchen allowed for good cooking. Having two doors to the second bath was ideal. Only one thing lacking,,,,a hot tub and ditch the carpet. We’d stay again

We have stayed here 3 times now and have always enjoyed it. The beach is only a 5 minute walk and a great location. The house was clean and even though dogs are allowed, it didn't smell like dogs. We will mostly likely be back next year too.

we had a great weekend we liked the house it was cozy and comfy the only issue we had was the carpet needs cleaned just a lot of stains. not sure if there is cable but the roku worked fine .

The house was very nice. It would have been perfect if the mattress in back bedroom was a little softer, If there was a tv in the back bedroom and if there was not caramel corn stuck to the rug in the front room. Also if two cars were allowed to park in front of house.

Great stay, close to the beach

We spent 4 nights at the home and had a great experience. The house was clean and comfortable. It was only a couple of blocks from the beach with easy access. We also stayed here last March right before everything shut down for Covid. We have been coming to Waldport for many years and love the location of the little town. We will be back, I'm sure.

Stayed 4 nights the last week of October 2020. Good basic house, very clean and lacked nothing except a garage. Furniture is newer and in great shape, bed was very comfortable. Not a big kitchen, but everything you should need. It's an 80's house, so lots of oak trim, some showing it's age, but it didn't affect the overall home's condition. Lots of natural light. Both bedrooms were large with large closets. Decorating is very minimal but fine. No weird house smells or anything like that. Has a limited ocean view between houses from the large deck and living room windows. Quiet neighborhood. Garbage day is Wednesday, which isn't mentioned in the rules - take the garbage to the curb. No big deal. Did have an issue with the electronic lock code upon arrival but was able to get in with the lockbox key. Had good customer service with Meredith regarding that. Meredith also offered an extra night for 50% off about 1 week before arrival, which was a steal ($35). All in all, good value for the buck and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The property has a very large size kitchen table so that we could get everyone around it to serve breakfast. The Furnishings are very comfortable and the bedrooms were large with adjoining bathrooms.
