The spacious living room has plenty of seating on modern leather couches, lovely decor, a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV/DVD. A sliding glass door gives you fantastic views and access to a large covered balcony that includes a dining table and chairs for al fresco meals or a glass of wine at sunset. The dining room indoors seats six and it’s easy to prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped, upscale kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances and a gas range.

This home is a terrific place to take other couples because of the privacy of two primary suites and a third bedroom with its own hallway bath. One king primary suite has a sitting area with ocean views as well as a beautiful bath with a walk-in shower and access to the outdoor balcony. The other has a Walk-in shower. There is an elevator at the condo that makes its second-floor location easy to reach. There’s beach access from the home down a trail along the bluff; there’s easier public access close by at Nye Beach. All the exciting activities of Newport are an easy drive across town.
