A gas grill awaits your gustatory plans. You and your guests will happily gather in the large living room space, with plush sofa and chairs, high ceiling, gas fireplace, wall-mounted flat screen TV, a dining table and copper-topped breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has a gorgeous glass backsplash, stainless appliances, and all you’ll need for informal dining, and you’ll love the large windows over the sink that bring nature in. The main level queen bedroom has a balcony with a city and river view. Upstairs is a spacious king bedroom with a mirror wall and floor-to-ceiling windows, deck access, a walk-in closet and a private bath with a walk-in shower and spa tub and the main level queen bedroom has a balcony with beautiful views.
Walk out your door and gaze down the canyon as the wind sifts through the trees, or join the 2-mile Deschutes River Trail from the resort. Hop in the car for a five- or ten-minute drive to dozens of terrific Bend restaurants and extensive shopping at the Old Mill District or Downtown Bend. Skiing at Mt. Bachelor is 20 minutes away, and Deschutes River watersports and golf are even closer. Of course, all the Mt. Bachelor Village Resort perks listed below are available to you, making this home away from home both economical and incredibly rich in amenities.
Guests booking direct with Mt. Bachelor Village by Meredith gain exclusive access to wonderful amenities in and near the Resort Office. You’ll be a welcome guest in the light-filled fireside lounge, with contemporary sofas, TV, and tables for enjoying snacks, drinks, beer, wine and ice cream bars from the office refreshment store. Your kids will flip for their own Kids Club area, with bean bag chairs, board games, and video game screens and controllers. A game room has foosball and shuffleboard, too. Take a ride through town on our free to borrow Dutch-style cruiser bikes (seasonal). Enjoy a glass of wine around the firepit in front of the office as the kids roast marshmallows for s’mores between trips to the resort playground. Have a cup of BackPorch drip coffee on us in the office each morning.
