The second bedroom is multi-functional, with a queen size Murphy bed that can be stowed away to provide more floor space for your yoga or stretching exercises. Behind the sliding closet doors you'll find a built in desk and plenty of storage space. Easily accessed from here is the guest bathroom and full size washer dryer closet.

In addition to three private patios, including an entry/dining, living room lounge and a bedroom patio, there is also a private one car garage, accessed off the entry patio.

Gated Sunrise Racquet Club feels like an exclusive country club, with features like 6 swimming pools and spas, tennis courts and pickle ball courts, and a clubhouse. There are several waterways and bridges throughout this park-like 196 unit community, which is walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurant options at the north end of Palm Springs. And all this is just a short five minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, as well as several nearby public parks and golf courses, and PSP airport.

This property has a minimum stay of 28 nights. No campers or RV's are allowed parked within the Sunrise Racquet Club community overnight.
