The home’s stunning oceanfront location in the quiet neighborhood of Roads End provides panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and miles of pristine sandy beaches just steps away via private beach access. Ocean’s Edge is both welcoming and comfortable – an ideal retreat for family reunions and retreats with friends. Aside from its ideal location, the home features a gorgeous, custom, eat-in kitchen. With high quality finishes and appliances, a well thought out design including two sinks and a large, solid wood butcher block island, this kitchen is a joy for any chef to cook in. Gather around the kitchen island or dining room table to share stories and a delicious meal with a stunning, Oregon Coast sunset serving as your backdrop.
The finishes throughout the rest of the home were designed to bring in and maximize the beauty of the coast with vaulted wood ceilings, large windows that fill the rooms with natural light and a cozy wood burning fireplace for added warmth and charm. The den is perfectly outfitted for movie nights with the family or catching a game on the 47” flat screen HDTV and DVD player. Entertaining is made easy here with ample seating and a custom wood bar. There are four very comfortable bedrooms, each appointed with quality bedding and charming coastal décor.

We loved our stay. The home was perfect and the view could not be more picturesque! The kitchen had everything we needed.
Just a couple things to bring to attention. The dining table is very wobbly. I thing the bolts need tightening. Also, the railing on stairs to the beach are all broke towards the bottom. Scary for a grandma like me! LOL
All in all, we loved the place and great memories were made with our family. We will book again next year. ??????

Perfect getaway for our family!

We decided to book a last minute stay at the coast in January, and knowing it would probably be cold and wet, we wanted a place where we could at least watch the ocean. This was it! The house was charming enough and my boys had a lot of fun in it, but for me, sipping my coffee in the morning while I watched the tide go out was the absolute highlight.

Never Want To Leave Ocean's Edge

A group of five friends take a fall trip every year. We worked together and started our trips as lighthouse caretakers in WA. We have then continued our adventures every year thru Home-Away for several years. Ocean's Edge was everyone's favorite, right on the beach and being able to watch the ocean everyday, what a treat for people from Colorado who love our mountains but love to experience the ocean when we can. The house was just right for us, clean with all the amenities needed. We hated to leave but I have a feeling we will be back.

Cozy spacious home!

My two daughters and 3 grandsons and I had a wonderful time! We played games, cooked great meals in the well appointed spacious kitchen, saw whale spoutings and thoroughly enjoyed our stay without one negative! Everything was clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds with extra bedding available to cozy up on the couches. We made crackeling fires in the fireplace and smores on the beach. Thank you for a wonderful home for our Spring Break!

Awesome Thanksgiving at Ocean's Edge!

My family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Ocean's Edge during Thanksgiving. Very cozy home, well maintained and very clean. The convenience of getting on the beach walking down 43 steps was perfect. Just a lovely home and I would definitely rent it again.
I much prefer renting from someone like Meredith Lodgings as I know they check on their rentals and are sure they are in good condition and clean for renters. Every person I spoke with at Meredith was very pleasant and helpful each and every phone call I made. I also appreciated being able to check into the unit ahead of 4PM by paying a small fee of $25. We got lots settled in before the rest of the family members arrived.

This is a great vacation home with excellent access directly to the beach. The home was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again. My only reccomendation would be better pictures of the upstairs rooms. They are very small. The rental description needs to state wood for the fireplace is NOT provided.

There is ntohing more than 40 steps between you and the beach! This means that the beach is your backyard. Combine this with a neatly kept house, a large and fully equipped kitchen and sunny weather, you are very close to a perfect vacation (home).

We had such a wonderful time staying in Lincoln City at the Ocean's Edge home. There was so much beautiful space in this home to enjoy our visit at the beach with our family. The kitchen space is amazing! Lovely appliances and counter space for cooking. We decorated a beautiful birthday cake and cupcakes for a grandchild's birthday party and had so much counter space to work on. The steps down to the beach are very secure with stable hand rails. What a great access right onto the beach and also a beautiful view from the house and patio area. Nice hose and grass area for rinsing off feet, etc.. Great laundry room facility! Lovely tv room set off from the other living areas so you could read in that area also. Three great bathrooms with shower and tub. The master bedroom was so spacious and nice to have it downstairs while the other 3 bedrooms were upstairs. The home was clean and very well-maintained. LOTS of linens, towels and kitchen tools to use.
We would recommend this home strongly. It is just wonderful! We spent lots of great family time in the house, on the beach and in town. There are stores, restaurants and various attractions to see.

Family time on the Oregon Coast

The four of us siblings got together for a tribute to our parent's passing in Lincoln City where so many memorable family vacations took place. This spot was perfect. The large open kitchen to the living room and views, the view (amazing), and enough bedrooms so we all had our own. I highly recommend this place.

Family vacation. This house was perfect for us. I loved the open floor plan. There was room for the 6 of us adults, plus our grandson was totally in our view the whole time. Very well equipped kitchen and being so open I felt a part of everything when I cooked. Being right on the beach was awesome and the view was amazing. We even saw whales! Oceans Edge is a beautiful home, situated in a great location just 34 steps to the beach! The house is bright, functional & great for a multi family or friends trip! We had every one from a 9 month old to 65 - who all enjoyed the house! There was two minus tides allowing us access around the point! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, sheets are soft & clean. Would recommend to anyone, much enjoyed our time!

MY SISTER AND BROTHERS TOOK MY MOTHER TO THE COAST FOR MOTHERS DAY. THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE WEATHER AMAZING. Great place for someone who doesn't demand luxury and really just wants to feel at home. Master bedroom was very nice but the other rooms were a little cold at night...nothing that the blankets and bedding didn't fix. My favorite thing about this house was the kitchen. Also, nice that they had an easy to use TV setup and viewing room big enough for 7 people. Your only allowed 3 cars but we managed to squeeze in the small space provided. You can always leave car down at the casino and get a ride back if you can't find parking, that's what we did for a night.

Well where can I start,we were blessed to have 7 girlfriends come together to celebrate a 60th Birthday. We arrived and were so pleased to find the house in such clean condition, very cute & updated, the rooms were beautifully decorated & the beds comfortable...Furniture comfy to sit around and visit on. THE VIEW amazing!!!!! front row,yes there are two large houses on both sides but even though they were both occupied
also,we had no problems and a grand time!! Close to Casino,a plus also!! You are lucky to have this great place to go to!!

Our expectations at Oceans Edge were far exceeded. The space was perfect for spending time together as a family (we traveled from Montana, Wyoming and Michigan). At times it felt like we were living in a fairytale beach home with all of the charm and character. The home was missing a can opener and a broom but the property management brought them over within a few hours. We will definitely be back!!

Family Reunion at Ocean's Edge

Our family would always vacation in Lincoln City for our summer vacation. After 15 years, we decided to get together as a family and return. This wS our first stay at Oceans Edge and at that end of the beach. It was absolutely wonderful! The place was very spacious and clean. The beach was quiet and private. We had 5 adults and 2 children in our party and we all had various nooks for reading or playing games. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Wonderfully relaxing

Great place for family's to enjoy the ocean. We all had a wonderful stay, the house is very comfortable. We look forward to coming back in the future to stay at this house. My only complaint would be the parking, we only had 2 vehicles and it was hard to get the second one to fit. We did have a suburban and a full size truck, but we made it work.

Amazing once you open the front door!

This place was amazing. Breath taking ocean views the second you open the front door. Great beach access, great patio to enjoy the sunsets. Rooms were perfect for kids, master was very spacious. Kitchen was very nice with almost every cooking need taken care of. Very close to shopping outlet mall.

Ocean's Edge is a little house wedged between two mamothed sized homes.Located on the north end of town in a quiet neighborhood. The exterior hide a charming decor and a wonderful kitchen. The windows are large, and afford a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. It was spotless the day we arrived, and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay, and made reservations for next year before we left.

Family Vacation

My family stayed at the Ocean's Edge for a week and it was so nice because my young ones could go out on the beach and we could see them from the wonderful huge window. I loved the house because it had such charm. We were able to relax which was much needed and fly kites and of course people watch. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs to slow down. I did not have to provide any cook wear which was so nice!

Beach House Bliss

We stayed here for three nights and loved every minute of it. Of course, this is right on the beach and has huge views of the ocean. It's also just a short walk to Road's End Point/Hidden Beach and their tide pools. The house was gorgeous, with a perfect combination of rustic and modern. The kitchen was amazing and very well stocked with all kinds of dishes, cookware, and appliances. Everything was spotless and in good shape when we arrived. The beds and other furniture were all very comfortable. We have been to a few beach houses in Lincoln City, and this was by far our favorite. Parking two suburbans here was a bit of a trick, but we made it work. Also, with three kids (4 mo., 2 yr, and 4 yr) we really wished we had brought a baby gate for the stairs. But overall, this was a really, really great vacation spot. If we get a chance, I can guarantee we will be trying to get back to this house again.

Exactly What We Needed

Since we live so far away, we wanted a place where we could gather with and entertain friends. 2 couples drove 10 hours each to stay us. Other friends drove over for the day to join us for meals or a walk on the beach. Ocean's Edge was a perfect gathering place. We enjoyed several gourmet meals, a cozy fire and endless entertainment watching the waves. It was like a home away from home, exactly what we needed!

We spent 5 wonderful nights at your guest house. The place was very, very clean..a wonderful change from place we stayed at last year. There were many unusual touches and made the home feel like we were staying at a friends home not just a rental. I have already recommended it to several friends and given them the website. Great view and access to the beach. We had 3 generations staying and always something to do or just relax and enjoy!!

This house is awesome and the view is breathtaking!

We have been coming to this house for five years and my daughter and I love it. We bring her teenagers and their friends and they look forward to it every summer. I don't know who built the fire pit but its a great addition. Get take and bake pizza and have it by the fire in the evening. Most important walk,sit and play on the beach. The only maintenance would be the railing rope on the way to the beach. Beds are comfortable and we liked the new den area. I highly recommend this house.

Our first time in Lincoln City, we'd love to come back to this place. There's a lot of steps down to the beach, but it's worth the walk; a great beach, fairly protected from the wind. The house itself is great, exactly like a beach cottage should be - lots of windows toward the ocean, very cozy. The kids loved their rooms upstairs. The only negative was that the upstairs was pretty hot when we arrived, but we opened the windows and the sea breeze took care of that. The kitchen had enough pots & utensils to cook good meals, and the house is located maybe 5 minutes from the Safeway so running to the store was easy. I'd definitely come back here next trip.

I have stayed at Meredith Lodging properties 4 times and will be there again in early May at another property. They are always great, fabulous views, clean, just as described on the internet. Ocean's Edge was fabulous, we had a family get-together, it was perfect for multiple families, 3 different living areas to relax. I recommend highly!!!
