Four bright, airy, and stylish bedrooms comfortably sleep eight guests. The primary suite has a sumptuous king bed, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a patio with outdoor seating.

Two of the guest suites also feature king beds and ensuite bathrooms, plus direct access to the pool area.The final guest room features two twin beds that can be converted to a king on request, plus direct access to the guest bathroom. Each suite features a high-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, and plenty of storage.

After a good nights sleep, step outside to find a palm tree-lined pool and spa, al fresco dining for up to eight guests, a stone BBQ grill with a bar, lounge seating, and a fire pit. No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am.

Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.

Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.
