INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This absolutely stunning property is chic and sophisticated but casual and comfortable at the same time. The impressive open floor plan provides an upscale yet comfortable space for your entire group to spread out in style and the vaulted ceilings and walls of glass add an airy feel, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. The fabulous kitchen features a kitchen island with a breakfast bar and is open to the dining area that accommodates up to 8 guests. The 2 guest bedrooms feature a King bed and flatscreen TV’s and share easy access to the bathroom in the hallway. The casita offers additional sleeping arrangements with a 4th King bed, and as an added bonus, a sofa sleeper that can accommodate 2 guests by turning into 2 XL twin beds.

THE LOCATION
This home is located at the Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, along the Legend Course, which was designed by William Francis Bell, known for designing Torrey Pines, La Jolla Country Club and Bermuda Dunes Country Club. From here, you'll be just an easy stroll to the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive and just a short drive to the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. Grocery stores, casual and fine dining restaurants, coffee houses and other neighborhood conveniences are all close by.
