The home’s fantastic great room has plush, contemporary sofas and chairs around a large Smart TV and gas fireplace, plus an elevated dining table with a wine fridge. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to the deck and barbecue bring loads of ocean light into the room. The kitchen is a chef’s dream: a gas range, a Bosch oven, a huge stainless-steel refrigerator, gorgeous cabinetry, and quartz counters make a wonderful space to prepare meals as you look out windows to the ocean on the horizon. An enormous island with swivel chairs for dining guarantees you’ll have company as you cook.
Upstairs you’ll find an attractive bonus room with a queen sofa sleeper, Smart TV, fridge, and wet bar, plus access to an upper-level deck; the ocean views are even more impressive on this level. Adjoining the bonus room is a king suite with a TV with its own door to the deck. Another ocean-view king bedroom with a TV and a bunk room for the kids round out the sleeping quarters.
Walk two blocks down the hill to the beach, hike above the neighborhood for stunning views of the coast, golf at the nearby Chinook Winds course, or enjoy the many other activities all of Lincoln City has to offer.
