Enjoy stunning mountain views from not one, but two decks, as well as from the light-filled living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a unique circular skylight.

The 3rd floor offers an open living floor plan ideal for relaxing and gathering with a large leather sectional, wood-burning fireplace, and mounted flatscreen TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals and features a breakfast counter with 4 bar stools – perfect for keeping the cook company, or casual dining. Enjoy recounting the day’s adventures together at the rustic wooden picnic table, or fire up the gas BBQ and dine alfresco in warmer months.

Still have energy to burn after exploring all the fun to be had in Big Bear – head downstairs to where you can play pool, and darts, watch a movie in the game room, or unwind with a moonlit soak in the covered hot tub.

When it is time to turn in for the night, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of 3 comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and cable, access to a private deck, and a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with bedroom 2 which has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has a full-size bunk bed, queen pull-out couch, doubles as the game room are on the bottom level of the home. bedroom 3 is perfect for any teens or kiddos traveling in the group.
