Located in a quiet neighborhood with Snow Summit, The Village, and the lake just a mile away, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath cabin will be the perfect launching pad to discover all the delights Big Bear has to offer.
Nestled amongst tall pine trees, guests will love the rustic mountain charm, wood beamed ceilings, and thoughtful amenities.
The living room is perfect for relaxing and enjoying family time together with a large cozy couch, flatscreen TV with cable and streaming services, an arcade game, and a brick fireplace.
Preparing and gathering for meals will be a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and beautiful wooden picnic-style table. In warmer months, fire up the propane BBQ and enjoy dining al fresco on the back deck with charming string lights.
Unwind after a long day on the slopes or trails with a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Afterwards, guests will drift off to sleep easily in their choice of 4 comfortable bedrooms. The downstairs primary offers a queen bed, flatscreen TV with cable, and a newly remodeled full bathroom. Upstairs, bedroom 2 has 1 full and 1 twin, bedroom 3 a queen with flatscreen TV with cable, and bedroom 4 a twin over full bunk.

House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than X cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM
*This property has security devices: The home has a camera on the front of the home by the front door that overlooks the front yard, and one on the back deck that overlooks seating and the BBQ.
