This charming 2 bedroom / 2 bath cabin is ideal for guests looking for a cozy escape to the mountains!
Surrounded by oak trees, and close to hiking trails, The Village, and Snow Summit Ski Resort, you can enjoy hours of rest and recreation – the best of both worlds!
Warm and welcoming with wood beamed vaulted ceilings, you will love lounging and gathering in the living area on the 2nd floor. There is enough room for everyone to relax on the large sectional couch after a long day on the slopes. Cozy up in front of the stone fireplace as you soak up views of the lake, forest, and mountains from the cathedral-style windows.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, large farm-style sink, and a dining table that seats 4. Prefer to dine outdoors in the warmer months? The large back deck has a propane BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Enjoy your morning brew with a view from the back deck rocking chairs before heading down to the lake, or unwind après ski around the propane fire pit.
Still have energy to burn? Head up to the 3rd story loft to play some board games or a round of poker.
When it is time to turn in for the night, guests will drift off to sleep in their choice of 2 comfortable bedrooms located on the 1st floor. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed with a wood fireplace, flatscreen TV with streaming services, and direct access to the lower deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with access to the lower deck. There is also a couch with a pull-out queen in the loft.
The home also has a laundry room with washer and dryer - ideal for doing a load after a day of sledding.

House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than X cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM
A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, 6 Adults Total with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 7 Total allowed. No Over Occupancy
*This Home has security devices: Two security cameras on the back lower deck that oversee the lower back deck and right side yard.
