A True One-of-a-kind Getaway!
This cabin is ideal for families or several couples. The log cabin feel and custom details this cabin has to offer will make you feel right at home! With amazing decks/balconies, a sunroom, a loft w/ a pool table, and a cupola room – there is plenty of space to enjoy the unbeatable views. As you walk up the stairs and open the front door, you walk straight into the sunroom which is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows providing perfect lighting. The sunroom also offers comfortable seating, a queen sized sleeper sofa, and access to the wrap-around deck with furniture. Just off the right side of the sunroom is the great room, living room, dining, and kitchen area. The living room is warm and welcoming and offers comfortable leather seating, a wood burning fireplace, and a 55" Smart TV w/Roku and a DVD player. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a large holiday dinner or family gathering. The kitchen island even has recipes written on the tiles! Just off the dining area is the large wrap around deck with a natural gas BBQ and ample patio furniture. There is a 1/2 guest bathroom in the hallway off of the kitchen/living room. All of this and more - enjoy the backyard secret garden among the Manzanitas.


3 Comfortable Bedrooms Plus Bonus Cupola Room - With Sleeping for 12
All three bedrooms in this unique getaway offer their own private balconies. The primary bedroom is down the hall off of the living room and includes a California king sized bed and a 32" smart TV w/Roku. This bedroom also offers a private primary bathroom with a claw foot tub and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are located on the upper level and each includes a 32" smart TV w/Roku. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed and a twin sleeper while the third bedroom is across the hall and offers a queen sized bed along with a twin sleeper. There is a full guest bathroom in the hallway for these two rooms to share. For additional sleeping arrangements, there are 2 queen air beds to round out sleeping for 12. The cupola room is up on the third level and is accessible using a spiral staircase. This bonus room is not included in the sleep count.

Walk to our famous Big Bear Village, restaurants, shops, clubs and Pine Knot Marina/Lake with Paddleboat, Kayak rentals and tours. You are only a short drive to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Big Bear Mountain Golf Course, Alpine Zoo, and Big Bear Alpine Slide.

Parking
This home offers parking for 4 vehicles in the long, level driveway. There is NO garage access. It is blocked for owner use.

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.

House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than X cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM

This home allows a maximum of 8 adults and up to 4 children.

(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 12 allowed. No Over Occupancy.)
