The primary bedroom is located on the upper level and features a log-style queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV with cable, a private sitting area with a futon sleeper, a crib, a private bathroom, and a balcony with spectacular wooded views. The second bedroom is located on the main level and offers a king-sized bed along with a flat-screen TV with cable. The third bedroom is perfect for children and offers a twin over full bunk bed, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a foosball table.

A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy allowed. No Over Occupancy.
