Charming living room with 40" Smart TV, wood burning fireplace, and comfortable seating. Fully equipped kitchen with open shelving and a private dining area. Back deck is large and has amazing views and includes a propane BBQ and seating for the family to enjoy the outdoor beauty of Big Bear. You will feel instantly relaxed and away from it all. Fully fenced yard great for the family pet.
This perfect and cozy getaway is great for a small family or couple's retreat.

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor downstairs and features a queen-sized bed and a smart TV. The second and third bedroom are located upstairs and is 2 separate rooms, a loft area and a bedroom. The loft area includes a king-sized bed, a twin bed and 2 pull-out brand-new twin Serta sleepers. There is also a Smart TV upstairs in the loft area. The third bedroom includes a full-size bed.

• Check-out time is 10 AM

A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy allowed. No Over Occupancy.
