Charming living room with 40" Smart TV, wood burning fireplace, and comfortable seating. Fully equipped kitchen with open shelving and a private dining area. Back deck is large and has amazing views, and includes a propane BBQ and seating for the family to enjoy the outdoor beauty of Big Bear. You will feel instantly relaxed and away from it all. Fully fenced yard great for the family pet.

The second and third bedroom are located upstairs and is 2 separate rooms, a loft area and a bedroom. The loft area includes a king sized bed, a twin bed and 2 pull out brand new twin serta sleepers. There is also a Smart TV upstairs in the loft area. The thrid bedroom includes a full size bed.
