The welcoming living room offers comfortable seating, a wood burning fireplace with a brick mantle and a large Smart TV with Roku, Disney+, and Hulu.

4 Comfortable Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms
The magnificent primary bedroom is located on the main level and offers a king-sized bed, a twin over twin bunkbed, and its own private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The second and third bedrooms each have their own mountain style personalities and are also located on the main level. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed while the third bedroom offers twin over queen bunkbed, Both the second and third bedroom share a jack-and-jill bathroom along with easy access to the hallway bath. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level just off the game room and offers a full-sized bed along with a twin sized bunk bed. This bedroom also offers its own private bathroom.

Plenty of Space and a Game Room
This home has ample space for entertaining and family style gatherings. The large game room is located on the lower level and features a pool table, two comfortable couches, a wet bar and a game/poker table. • No more than X cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM

This home allows a maximum of 10 adults and up to 2 children.

A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 12 allowed. No Over Occupancy.
