Follow a private path for 200’ to Rockaway Beach and walk for miles along the ocean to the south, or north for exploring low-tide marine life on the jetty or the banks of Nehalem Bay.
The home’s great room is on the upper level, giving you unobstructed views to the Pacific through large windows or from the wraparound deck. A Natuzzi leather sectional and chairs cluster around the wall-mounted 55” TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and Apple Airplay; gather there or at the gleaming granite breakfast bar beside the open, fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Even the dining room has ocean views through floor-to-ceiling glass. A spacious upstairs king suite has an adjustable mattress and room-darkening shades for luxurious sleeping in and a spa-like bath with a large glassed walk-in shower. A queen bedroom, and all the other bedrooms, has the same blackout shades for excellent sleep.
The downstairs, reached from a separate entry, has a bonus room and kitchenette perfect for your friends or family to enjoy separate space. Leather sofas and a 55” TV are supplemented by a small dining table. A double laundry adjoins the kitchen area. Two bedrooms, one king suite with a full bath and huge walk-in shower, and another with two full-size bunk beds and a half bath, sleep up to 10 guests. Outdoors you’ll find easy access to a hot tub, barbecue and picnic table in the dune grass.
