The living room has a gas fireplace, a large TV, a white canvas sofa, and a large daybed/sofa perfect for relaxing and browsing the selection of books or playing the home’s guitar. Secondary seating faces west for ocean views, as does a work desk for writing or catching up on some loose ends at work. A dining table seats 6, and 4 seats are available at the breakfast bar of the upscale kitchen with its gas range, white steel appliances, and artful ceramic backsplash.
