You can walk to the Pelican Pub or the upscale Meridian Restaurant past Pacific City’s new skate park, or walk straight west to the ocean and make your way there via the beach.

You’re perfectly situated to explore the wider coast, as well, with Tillamook and the North Coast in one direction and Lincoln City, Newport, and the rest of the Central Coast in the other. You won’t have to decide whether you prefer the beach or the woods with this versatile home—you’ll get both Forest and Waves!
