An attractive great room features plush seating, an electric fireplace, a dining space with views out the sliders to the deck, and a fully equipped kitchen with cushioned seating at a breakfast bar/island. A wind-screened deck has seating, a gas barbecue, and a bubbling hot tub to enjoy under the stars.
Yachats, with its many restaurants, bakery/coffee houses, and quaint shops, is close by. You can walk there on the 804 Trail, which passes in front of the house and takes you along the dramatic oceanfront and sweeping estuary of the Yachats River. It’s the perfect destination when you want to enjoy the best of the coast in a small, scenic town. Have extra guests? Arbor House South adjoins Arbor House North, its twin. Friends can rent that, or you can simply rent Arbor House and enjoy shared access and quarters for up to 16 guests!
