This 3BR/3BA 2 level home 1808 sq. ft. is a welcoming entertainment home, but in a COZY fashion - entertaining close friends for the Super Bowl Sunday fans or 3 couples that would love spending time together in this retreat is its purpose. The primary suite upstairs (with new A/C unit) is cool and cozy with flat screen (Smart TV only) and desk in a roomy office alcove with a beautiful view of the grounds and lake to the south. Huge long primary bath with shower and hand held shower head and handy bars. Coming downstairs one sees an open dining room/living room/eating area floor plan. Dining for 6 at the table, sit at the eating area on stools are serve on the coffee table in the living room, all different atmospheres. Huge flat screen cable in the living room pulls the downstairs together. Kitchen has all new appliances. Down the hall is the stackable washer/dryer, then the smaller guest bedroom with separate full bathroom. In the front of the downstairs layout is a larger guest bedroom with full bath that has a quaint view of the front street and front courtyard, bringing in sun to wake naturally. ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: Woodhaven CC is a semi private course so renters are able to golf for a fee. Tennis is similar. 4 pools/hot tubs available, gym with 8 to 10 machines and free weights are accessible approximately 6 to 6 daily.
