Take a look at all the inviting features this wonderful remodeled vacation home has to offer with an open floor plan, high ceilings and lovely furnishing to make your stay relaxed and comfortable. The private patio looks onto the 4th green of the Challenge Course. New flooring, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, fireplace, custom paint and mirrored walls are just a few more delightful points to mention. There are two large flat screen TVs, one in the living room and one in the den with a DVD. TVs are in both bedrooms as well. For privacy, the den doors close off and there is also a pull-out sleeper sofa. And if that isn't enough, you will also appreciate the gas BBQ and high speed internet access. CLUB ACCESS: Palm Valley is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner.
