Urbanski House
The Urbanski House is a great Ocean View pet home, just across the street from crashing waves and tidal pools, just across the street, (access them at low tide from the state park area just a few blocks south). Also when the winds are blowing from East/No East, watch the mesmerizing Ghost Waves in the Bay. And watching the Whales go right by, is always a thrill, especially when they are bringing their calves back down!! It's close enough to walk to the Village of Yachats or the many shops and restaurants! This house has a wall of windows to take in the fabulous view, from all of the main living room dining & kitchen area. From the upstairs loft, there is a King bed, & a day bed; plus a wonderful claw foot bathtub & vanity, so you can sit in the tub and soak all your cares away, as you watch the Ocean! Downstairs has a separate bedroom with a new Full-size bed, plus a day bed, and bathroom (with large shower stall). Home has TV upstairs ONLY for viewing, but not downstairs.  For those who enjoy walking, you can pick up the Historic 804 trail near the home, which leads to Smelt Sands Park, tide pools, and wonderful geologic sites. Leave the car, since you can easily walk to the Green Salmon, Drift Inn, Luna Sea, Yachats Mercantile, and so many more restaurants and shops!!  Don't forget Fido! The Urbanski House is a comfortable, no-frills, oceanview, family & pet-friendly home, and has been a family favorite for many years!

Location and windows are heavenly. Large claw foot tub made baths a must. Easy walk to see whales and tide pooling. Love it and will return!

Incredible home in an incredible location - May 2019 Stay

We could not be happier with this house. We arrived to find it sparkling clean, lovingly decorated and well equipped with all of the comforts of home. The view was amazing, and location could not be beat with the 804 trail and the grocery store and restaurants just a few steps away. Our golden retriever appreciated the cool tile floors while we appreciated the cozy wood stove. Everyone was happy and will be sad to leave already tomorrow morning. Thanks so much for making this a weekend to remember.

Our experience in Yachats at this property couldn't have been better. The town itself had a great Sunday market, plenty of variety in places to eat, and friendly people. The house itself had amazing views, we got to go to sleep to the sound of the waves. Beach access is just about a block away, and the beach is really amazing. We would love to stay here again!

Yachats Get Away

This house has a great view and walking minutes away from the cute downtown. It is hard to get onto the beach from here, but it is doable. The larger Yachats beach is just a little ways walk.
Basic kitchen utensils are available. Some spice were available, and a little cooking oil. I wasn't sure whether someone had left it or it was provided.
Great spot for your dog with ample blankets, toys, and a towel to wipe him off. Bring extra wood if you want to enjoy the wood stove.

Stay at Yachats

Lovely location overlooking the ocean and rocks at Yachats. So many many windows you felt like you were outside. There were chairs to put outside on the deck, clean kitchen with plenty of kitchen ware. Loved the convenience of shops and fantastic restaurants.

Great week in Yachats

Nice location to see the sunsets; si5ing in the living room or deck. This was the perfect spot to walk to the bakery, coffee shop, or watch the waves. The house is comfortable with lots of necessary items to make our stay complete. We have already booked our next stay in The Urbanski House. Thanks!

Beautiful ocean view & great location

This beautiful little house had everything we needed for a perfect vacation in Yachets. It is in a great location, with 5 min. walks to great restaurants with delicious seafood or to the Yachets state park with its gorgeous rocky coast, and just a few blocks in the opposite direction to the 804 trail, a lovely and easy oceanside trail leading to the sandy beach. We also hiked the Amanda trail to Cape Perpetua-- beautiful forest, but sadly too foggy to see the view. We had a great time despite the foggy weather-- perfect place to escape the heat.

Great little place!

This unit was close to the ocean and views for miles. Just walking distance from many great places to eat and a brewery. The bench out front was our morning hang out. I can still hear the ocean.

Family vacation

We stayed at this house for 3 nights and 4 days on our first family vacation to the coast. The location is absolutely beautiful from the sunsets to waking up to be waves crashing on the rocks. We enjoyed exploring the tide pools and it was a short walk to downtown. We will for sure be back. The house was clean and well kept, it was exactly how I pictured it. We were very pleased with our stay.

Late February Weekend
We had a very nice time in Urbanski House. You can't beat the great room with the wall of windows facing the ocean. We used the nice pull down curtains at night for privacy at night. All in all it was a nice treat for us.
