Cooking in the polished galley kitchen is a breeze—you’ll love the new appliances and glossy blue tile—and you can grill out in the little fenced yard and eat at the picnic table in the ocean breeze or check out the private beach access. You’ll love the queen bedroom and sparkling bath on the main level; the upstairs double twin under skylit eaves with a view of the sea is a dreamy retreat.
Your location is superb: you’re steps from miles of level sand, surf and views of Twin Rocks. When you’re ready for a change of scene, rinse off the sand in the home’s outdoor shower and walk to restaurants and shops in Rockaway Beach’s downtown. Catch an old-fashioned ride on a steam train on the Oregon Scenic Railroad to Garibaldi and back, passing beautiful bays and sloughs along the coast. Jump in the car to explore the whole North Coast. At the end of the day, you’ll be back to your cottage by the sea for another memorable sunset.
