The Perch
The Perch is named for a unique part of its expansive, newly constructed trex and glass deck; a promontory section that extends out upon the Roads End cliff, providing unparalleled views in the exclusive Road Ends area with large outdoor barbecue. This beautiful, classic beach manor has been thoughtfully updated to bring you the little luxuries and surprising amenities that make a vacation special.
One of our larger offerings, it sleeps 16, but The Perch is quaintly compartmentalized to provide remarkable privacy. Start with the spacious kitchen, with its granite countertops, stainless appliances, convection oven and gas range on the kitchen island—it not only has all the extras an accomplished chef might want, but a fantastic ocean view. All your kitchen helpers will have space to work and diners can sit at the bar or a high-top kitchen table. There’s also seating for sixteen at a huge wooden trestle table in the great room, where a wall of western windows brings you light and gorgeous ocean views to enjoy while dining. Sit back on the contemporary sectional sofa and enjoy the entertainment center with giant flat-screen TV (six throughout the house), DVD, Play Station 4, Xbox, board games and books. Or walk right out to huge, new deck that spans the west face of the home and watch the sun set from your oceanfront hot tub.
You can also walk directly down to the beach from your own private beach access! A cedar-lined queen bedroom with TV opens to the deck through sliding doors, so it’s just a few steps to the hot tub; an adjoining room has bunk beds and a master bath with tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, king and queen bedrooms have TVs and ocean views, and the kids will squeal at the game room with its entertainment center, mini-pool and ping-pong table, plus professional Cyclone Foosball Table, and two sets of twin bunk beds. An additional spacious sleeping area with a vaulted ceiling has a king bed and another large TV.
Imagine having your morning coffee while soaking in a hot tub above the Pacific, followed by hours of beach-combing, hiking up the nearby headland or watching para-sailors touching down on the waves. In Roads End you’re also minutes away from convenient shopping, dining and the Chinook Winds Casino. The Perch is the perfect launching pad for everything the coast has to offer, and it’s large enough to share your vacation joys with your whole family plus beloved friends!

Happy 50th Wedding Anniversary

We celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our children and grandchildren at the "Perch". Most of us are "desert-dwellers from Eastern Idaho and Utah and this was a wonderful change for a few days. The home was perfect. Lots of room to eat, sleep and gather. Wonderful view and easy access to the ocean. We rented wet-suits and "Boogey Boards" to play in the waves. A small issue we had with parking was quickly handled by the management.

Great place, Great location
The best location, who doesn't like a place right on the beach. The house was very comfortable and my kiddos were very happy with the game room. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The Perch
Very nice place. spacious and great location. Clean and well run. I would have given this home a 5 Star overall, but the cost was very high once all fees were added in. It was a special birthday so I splurged, but would not be able to afford to return again unless a very special occasion. That said, we enjoyed our stay!

Great family vacation home
The location and being right on the beach with easy beach access of the deck was incredible. The deck with hot tub allowed us to enjoy the ocean without the wind. The home was clean, spacious and family friendly. Would stay there again.

Wonderful home! We had 8 adults and 5 children at The Perch for my Mom's 70th birthday and had plenty of room. The huge dinner table, roomy seating areas, hot tub and being steps from the beach were excellent features. The general condition of the home was excellent and the kitchen was well equipped. We'll be back!

Great place to stay with a large group

Beach Time Family Reunion
We had a marvelous time at the Perch...the big family get-together of the year. Campfires, long beach walks, deck sunning...and of course listening to the ocean roar. The residence is clean and comfortable...(found a few ants in the kitchen one morning over the sink). A couple of windows could use screens. And might I suggest some easy carry beach chairs. We will likely be back....thank you.

A great family time at the beach!

We took our whole family to stay at the Perch. It couldn't have been a better spot! The kitchen was well equipped,spacious so we could all be helping. The dining table could seat all of us,(10) that was great. A spacious and comfortable area to watch a movie or tv. So many beds and rooms all lovely. The best part was we were right on the beach, beautiful views. Right at the bottom of our steps we had a big bon fire every night.

Great Family Beach Rental

Our extended family had a wonderful time at The Perch. The location was wonderful, the beach was right there and clean and secluded. Perfect for the kids in our group. The house was roomy and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Some plastic dishes, utensils, cups, etc. would have been nice for the kids. Everything was clean and organized and comfortable. The shared bathroom upstairs was in need of a shower curtain liner, but we can't think of anything else that was needed. We can't wait to return!

Special time for family gathering.

Had a wonderful time with our four grown daughters and their families. Everyone loved the beach especially the kids. The house handled the group easily and we never felt crowded. Cooked up some great meals and barbequed. The glass balcony was a favorite place to hang out when it was windy. The whole experience was very special for a family gathering.

Family reunion at the Beach

Had a wonderful time. House was great. Very large. Plenty of kitchen supplies. But needs more comfortable seating for watching movies. Really only seating for 6- 7 people on couch. And house was rented for 19. Awesome seating for deck. Plenty of chairs. Amazing views. Awesome Deck. Could move rocks from end of stairs to get to sand. Would be way easier. Plenty of beds. But a little strange to get to one bedroom through another bedroom. But worked out ok. We would stay again for sure. Loved the location. Parking worked out even with 2 journeys, and a large SUV, and a sports car.

Family get away
We had a group of 14 stay for a long weekend. The house was set up perfectly to have everyone sleeping in beds, eating together at the massive table and spending time on the beach via the private access. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. My only complaint was parking. Website says parking for 4 cars (2 in the garage and 2 outside). The garage is so small and was partially filled with boxes of deck chairs that we could only fit the sedan in it. Even without the chairs, there is no way to fit two cars in there if you are driving anything bigger than a mid sized sedan.
We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Great home for a big family
We have a very big family between my brothers and I with all our kids. We rent houses a lot in Lincoln City and this I have to say is one of the best houses we have rented. Just to let everybody know there is a bbq we didn't see it on the information when I rented the house but there is one. We would 100 percent rent this home again. It is truly right on the beach which is perfect when you have so many kids.

The best home for a big family

Amazing family getaway

This house is beautiful. Right on the beach! It was so roomy and comfortable. All my family had a wonderful time. An amazing tribute to my Dad who passed away 4 years ago...his home away from home was the Oregon coast and we were all so blessed to have been able to stay in this home. The Perch
After a frantic search online after another rental company informed me I did not have a reservation with them, I stumbled upon this home. What good timing! The home was everything our large group needed for a relaxing and fun getaway. The home was clean, updated and everyone at the rental agency was so nice. We are booking this home for next year!
