The gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances opens to a dining area that seats 6 and a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. Folding glass doors merge indoor/outdoor living and open to the custom pool, spa, built-in poolside fire pit, and stunning wall mural painted by well-known artist Raouk. Spend your days lounging by the pool and evenings soaking in the spa under a clear desert night sky.
One of two primary bedrooms is located on the main level and features a spa-like bathroom with double vanity sinks, walk-in tiled shower and a walk-in closet. Also located on the main level is the third bedroom/office, guest bathroom with shower over tub, and spacious laundry room. The upstairs loft with Peloton overlooks the living room, and has a private balcony with additional outdoor seating, flatscreen TV, and mountain views – the ideal spot for a quiet cup of coffee or a sunset cocktail. The well-appointed second ensuite bedroom completes the upper floor and provides a private separate living area with flatscreen TV and seating – perfect for those guests that may desire an extra bit of privacy.
