Right on the beach!

This was a great little space, right on the beach. As expected, there was some late night noise from neighbors but nothing terrible. Pool was not well maintained but also that was not why we rented this property. The beach is gorgeous. Close to so many things. It was nice to have access to a kitchen for our stay.

Very nice property and great location at a reasonable price.. could use new carpet, but it is a beach property. WiFi is fast, but it signs you off often. However I would stay here again. I never used property management, so disregard that 1 star rating.

Incredibly clean, and had everything we could have needed. Even beach chairs were available in the room. Our family had a great, relaxing time.

Our stay in Lincoln City was just lovely. The apt was very clean, neatly organized, roomy and comfortable. The bed and furniture were really comfortable to sleep on and relax on. It was so nice to watch the ocean right outside the patio doors on a bench just a few feet away on grass! My husband is handicapped and found this apt very accessible and roomy. There were more than enough towels for our 4 night stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. I actually loved even the smell of the shampoo that was provided. Really, everything was just really great. Thanks so much...we will be requesting this unit again when we come back in 2 years....hope it will be available!

Flying Kites for my 70th Birthday..
Clean and well appointed..We loved it so much we stayed 3 more days..10 days and wish it was more..Kite Fest was so much fun right out our living room door..

Beach Front
Great place for small families. Beautiful view. The sound of the ocean could be heard from the sliding glass door. Literally steps from the sand. The water pressure in the showers is AWESOME!!
