An easy walk to the beach in Rockaway, Salty Air Oasis is a brand-new build, single-level cottage waiting for your next adventure to the coast. With a long driveway, it’s a swell spot to launch your lake and ocean fishing adventure, or just enjoy the beach with family or friends. While it looks like a sweet cottage from the outside, Salty Air Oasis has a surprisingly sleek interior. A plush sectional in the living room frames the TV, and a dining area adjoins the stylish new fully equipped kitchen. But you may choose to hang out, cook and dine outdoors: a covered cement patio includes a full dining table and chairs, a gas grill, and modern outdoor sofas, extending your space for enjoyment. A pretty front porch has elevated chairs and a bistro table for a private morning coffee or a glass of wine.
A serene queen suite has a twin trundle bed that pulls out if needed, and a sparkling new bath. The second bunk bedroom with warm wood floors has room for four and its own bath in the hall. This fresh, charming home is near the middle of Rockaway Beach, with its fun shops and dining and a stop on the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad, which lets you hop on board a steam engine for an open-air train ride down the coast to Garibaldi and back. Combine that with time under the sea and sky at the beach or fishing in the coastal lakes, and you have a relaxing mix of fun, all in your own Salty Air Oasis!
