This custom home is designed to take full advantage of its location above a pristine stretch of ocean just south of Bella Beach, north of Depoe Bay. With gorgeous tile floors, a fireplace, comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms and a dining table to accommodate guests, the great room is a wonderful gathering space.
You’ll luxuriate in fantastic views of the ocean from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the outdoor deck stretching across the western side of the upper floor. The kitchen has lots of granite and stainless-steel counter-space, a slate backsplash and stainless appliances, plus ocean views to give meal prep a whole new dimension. The kids are likely to vacate the main space for the awesome game room with its pool table, foosball, air hockey. With sleeping space for 16 in nine bedrooms, everyone will find a suitable spot, but you might want to reserve the king master bedroom with its walk-in shower and soaking tub for yourself. When you’re ready to hit the beach, it’s a staircase away via your own private access, which takes you to miles of walking on pristine sand.
