The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and access to the hall bathroom with walk in shower. And the kitchen features all the conveniences of home, and opens out to a large covered patio with BBQ grill, dining table and lounge seating, all looking out onto a nice view of the 3rd fairway. There is also a 1 car garage for guest use.
ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: Palm Desert Resort is a gated golf community. Each condominium is single story, with nobody above or below. All properties have a patio with frontage onto the golf course or a spacious greenbelt. All facilities are public, including 20 swimming pools and spas, a par 72 golf course, driving range, clubhouse with dining and lounge and a full service tennis program, including pickleball courts.
