It’s ideal for inviting friends to join you because it has two living rooms—one on the lower level and one upstairs with the dining room and kitchen—making the space perfect for two families. The gorgeous hardwood floors, vaulted wood ceiling and wood stove add warmth and ambiance to the upstairs living room. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances, so eating in is a cinch. Two queen bedrooms on the main floor have sliding doors that open to a view deck, so it’s easy to enjoy ocean breezes and the sound of surf.
Close by are the award-winning Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Hatfield Marine Science Center, Rogue Brewery and Aquarium Village. A trip across the historic Yaquina Bay Bridge takes you to Newport’s historic Bayfront, with wonderful dining and shopping opportunities.
