The open living area is light and bright and centers around an impressive stone wall equipped with a flatscreen TV and fireplace - perfect for relaxing after a long day by the pool or after an early morning tee time.

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for preparing meals for the group, with gorgeous granite countertops, plenty of cabinet and counter space, and a breakfast bar – the ideal spot for morning coffee and convo.

Sliding glass doors lead to the outdoor oasis that will keep your guests entertained day and night. There is a large covered dining patio with a built-in bar with barbecue. This area is great for eating al fresco or enjoying sunset cocktails. And there are plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the sun, a refreshing pool and spa, a fire pit and game lawn. For further gaming, there is ping pong table in the garage.

Whether spending the days lounging by the pool, or exploring all the delights the desert has to offer, guests will have their choice of several comfortable sleeping options. The primary ensuite bedroom offers a king size bed, a shower and tub combination + double sink, and opens out to a patio green space with mountain views. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, and bedroom 3 has a king-sized bed. The 2 bedroom / 2 bath casita has two king-sized beds and overlooks the pool area.
