The gorgeous hardwood flooring in the upper-level great room sets the stage for convivial time together. Plush sofas, TV and games in the living room pair with a large deck overlooking beautiful coastal Lake Lytle—sliding doors and ample windows bring in ocean light. With quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances and a wine-rack island, the kitchen is fully equipped for mealtimes, and three cushioned bar stools at the breakfast counter add seating to the dining room table for six.
