Grace's Beach House
This surf themed oceanfront cottage with perfect views of Nelscott Reefs surfers, whales and sunsets. Large deck, plenty of seating, and hot tub enhance enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. The upper level has ocean views from the living and dining areas and a full kitchen with a gas range. Bamboo floors, a gas fireplace and large windows give you style and comfort. You'll have easy access to a deck with a picnic table, from which you'll enjoy fantastic views west and south to beaches and headland. With one bedroom upstairs and two down, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the bonus room, you can bring friends and family to join you. The home has the best of both worlds. With the seclusion and comfort of a quiet neighborhood, the ease of being located close to the Olivia Beach area, you can enjoy restaurants, bars, shopping, the largest used bookstore on the Oregon Coast, a six-plex cinema and a community theater. This time I was blown away with the extensive remodel that includes a brand new kitchen, new en-suite bathrooms, new floors and doors. It looks like the floor plan was opened up too adding more windows so you have a whale of a view everywhere! Some rentals feel old and cold but this place feels like home!!!
Lincoln City for a wedding

Reviewed on 2018-02-27 by Jessica & Daron S. We came out to Lincoln City for a concert at the Chinook Winds Casino with a total of 6 people. We ended up booking over the phone after looking at a different option online. This house was recommended based on our desire for a hot tub, the number of people, and cost. The house is right off the water above the Nelscott Reef, which is a popular surfing spot. We were easily able to head to the casino about 10 minutes away and also ended up heading south to Newport for the Seafood and Wine Festival. The house was clean and well decorated, we loved the furniture choices and layout. The process for booking and signing documents was easy, I was also able to download the app to make sure we had important details at our fingertips during our stay. The instructions for checkout and cleaning were posted on the fridge and very clear. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Reviewed on 2017-06-28 by Mario R. Nice views. Great location. It's close to everything in Lincoln City. It's on a bluff, but there is Easy access to the beach with a 1 minute drive. The place was clean and there are plenty of pots/dishes/etc in the kitchen. Loved the hot tub. The only downer for us was that one of the beds had dirty sheets on it. Gross!! We had to wash them.
