This cozy and comfortable home is perfect for a small family vacation, or friends looking to discover Sunriver together. You will truly feel at home in this family loved mountain home.
This single story home features large windows throughout that fill the home with sunshine and with the open living room, dining room, and kitchen floor plan, conversation is a breeze while preparing that hearty meal after a day on the mountain, or the afternoon paddling down the river. Cozy up on the oversized couch, big enough for everyone, in the living room and enjoy a movie next to the wood burning fireplace that will take the chill off the cool Central Oregon evenings.
In the master bedroom, at the opposite end of the house, you will enjoy a fantastic nights sleep in the plush king size bed. The master bedroom features a private full sized bathroom with shower while the second bathroom, down the hallway, features a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom includes a second king size bed that will ease you into a great nights sleep, or grab your favorite book and relax in the chair next to the window, perfect for relaxing and reading.
At night, enjoy the magical night sky at the outside sitting area just off the dining room and during the day, enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the many animals, including deer, that lazily walk by while you fire up the barbecue and prepare your feast. No matter the season, or the reason, Sunriver is the perfect vacation destination, and East Park 1 is the perfect home to enjoy while here.

We had a great time and loved the cabin, the only thing we noticed was that some of the lights in the house, including the front and back porch lights, weren’t working. Other than that, everything was perfect

This home has been well-kept for many years - it has an endearing quality to it, but it is very dated. It was the perfect size for the four of us and we enjoyed our stay. We loved the huge movie collection, the cleanliness, the prompt communication and the very comfortable beds.

Great location, good value

We did not need to use our car, this was located within biking distance of everything we needed. Great couch and family room. We did not use the kitchen. The house is dated and a bit dark (not sufficient light sources though good natural light) but we really only used the space for sleeping and so it worked out great, particularly for the price! We enjoyed our stay!

Loved the feel of this house! We came up for a weekend of mountain biking and it was the perfect location! Close to all the trails in the area as well as warm ups in Sunriver. Also a short walk to a convenience store. Would highly recommend this affordable place!

Cozy house with a great location

This house was perfect for my family of three last December. It's very cozy, there was firewood ready to go, and it was fully equipped with all appliances. We loved the proximity to the bike/walking trails for some nice walks in the snow. The village market is maybe a 10 minute walk. The property manager was very easy to get a hold of and extremely accommodating. We'd absolutely stay here again...

Comfortable and homey with a very well-equipped kitchen

My daughter and I enjoyed watching the snow fall and cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen is small, but so much better equipped than a much larger Sunriver home with a huge kitchen that we have stayed at in the past with three other families. This home was warm and bright. We loved it so much, we have already reserved it for a week in March!

Cozy place for winter adventures!

Nice place, very cozy with a fully equipped kitchen. We made good use of the fireplace, cooked great meals, and enjoyed the sound system as well (consider bringing CDs if you have any).
Definitely has more of a "lived-in" feel than many other places I've stayed, but not in a bad way. Was definitely impressed with the management of the rental (Meredith Lodging) - they were available 24/7 for us, even by text. We didn't have firewood at first, but they got some delivered quickly and were extremely easy to contact.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped - - it was like cooking in my own kitchen. This home was comfortable and quiet. It was nice having a bike/walking path right around the corner.

This little cabin was perfect for what I was looking for: a clean, well-stocked place in a great location in Sunriver. I was there for a couple days of fishing and photo taking for painting reference. The cabin has a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and is very homey. If a person is looking for a homey, relaxing place this is a great choice. I would definitely stay at the cabin again.

Great experience in Sunriver!
I met my mom and sister in Sunriver for a few days and we stayed at East Park Lane 1. It was the perfect size and location for our group. Nice biking trails right next to it that take you all over town and along the Deschutes river. Also very comfortable couch!!!

Comfy home!

Family reunion
We had a family reunion in Sunriver last week and the family had rented several houses. All the houses we had that were close to the village were what one would describe as rustic. This was no different. We had other houses further out that were big and new, but they were very expensive and further away from the village. Personally I would prefer this. I feel we had the best deal out of group. Minutes walk to the village and it provides everything needed. Overall I was very satisfied with the stay and would rent here again.

Cozy cabin is a great value
This cabin is nicely maintained, nicely decorated (for our tastes), and well stocked with kitchen ware. We all loved the comfy sofa. Everything was very clean. The deck had an area that had collapsed (from the snow), but we were notified ahead of time, and it didn't matter because we hadn't planned to be out there anyway. We would definitely recommend this property to others.
