Each floor is balconied, making it easy for you to take in ocean breezes and pristine views that stretch for miles.
Step inside and be welcomed with spacious coastal elegance — sink into gently plush sofas and armchairs, and relax in front of the first of 3 gas fireplaces. A wall of windows overlooking picturesque Lincoln Beach, lets you watch the waves roll in. Entertaining is made easy with a well-appointed kitchen along with an open floor plan with ample seating is perfect for both large events and intimate family dinners. The kitchen includes an extra-large refrigerator, a 6-burner gas range, and all the equipment and appliances any home cook or gourmet chef could want, including an outdoor gas grill, to make hosting simple. Whether you’re assembling a quick picnic to enjoy on the beach or roasting freshly caught Halibut fillets, this kitchen can handle anything.
