With easy beach access right around the corner, Cozy Cabin is a great choice for two couples or a small family—guest reviews rave about its surprising spaciousness and compact perfection. The living room’s wood-lined vaulted ceiling opens the space, and a slider to the fenced back yard and deck brings the outdoors in. Comfy furnishings (including an adorable window-seat large enough for a nap) will have you settling in front of the wood stove and flat-screen Smart TV/DVD with a relaxed sigh in no time. Two queen bedrooms, one a primary suite with sliders to the deck, are supplemented by a sofa sleeper in the living room. A separate dining room with a large window joins the fully equipped kitchen for meals, and a charcoal grill on the deck expands your menu options. It’s all a block from Waldport’s expansive sandy beach, dotted with shorebirds and domed by a sweeping sky.

The house was perfect. Location was amazing. Short walk to the beach. You could hear the ocean from the house. We had a great time tidepooling, surfing and hiking all around Cape Perpetua. Family of 5 total were perfectly happy the entire time at the house. Thank you.

Clean home, a lot of kitchen tools to do what you need to do. Great deck with chairs and able to use the grill for dinner which was great. Able to contact property management with prompt response. Only downsize was no income laundry but it is NOT listed as an amenity just an over site on my part. Prob wouldn’t have stayed there if i realized this but it’s such a great property would stay again!

The home was good, it was close to the beach and it had everything that we would need in it. It is an older home but the beds were very comfortable and they are king size. The microwave needs to be replaced because it didn’t heat well at all. And the couch and two rocking chairs along with the window bench need to have cushions replaced. That being said the 3 of us had a very relaxing time.

Overall very nice. Was not there that much, but of the 10 or so hours i spent there it was very nice. Just myself so it was extremely quiet of course. more of a drive than i wanted to get to newport, but bed was comfortable ( for the few hours i slept, i was there primarily to fish on charter boat) Kind of a lack of restraunts was a bummer bc i dont cook much, but a short drive there is good seafood.

The house met our needs for our weekend visit. It's a two bedroom, two bath and suited our group well. Everything was set up as it should be and I have no complaints about the home. Would use again if the occasion comes up.

We have three little kids, 4 yrs, 2yrs, and 7 months. We’ve been HIGHLY disappointed with budget friendly rentals in the past and were so hoping that this rental would be what it claims to be. Oh my goodness. People. This rental is amazing. We were so relaxed, it truly is the coziest place we have ever stayed, and it was the rental that kept on giving. There was a pack n play in the closet (we brought our own but this was a cool find), plenty of games for young and old, a cozy space for everyone to sit or play, the older appliances worked as if they were brand new, the kitchen was stocked well enough with cookware and dinnerware, and the beach access was SO accessible and there was even a little chest of toys on the beach access path for people to borrow in the sand. To get to the beach, you simply walk maybe 3/4 of a block and then you’re on a flat, easy to walk path straight out to the beach. No stairs or incline. Absolutely incredible. We’re already planning our next trip back to this rental.

Cozy Cabin in Waldport
Relaxing get away on the Oregon Coast. Convenient to the ocean and several nearby villages. We particularly appreciated the professionalism of Meredith when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the cabin.

Cozy Cabin for 3 nights.

Our stay in Cozy Cabin was excellent. It has a good deal of privacy, yet is just a short walk to the beach. It was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. Close to Waldport or Yachats for eating
out, and a nice kitchen for cooking in. We would highly recommend this property and plan to return on

Great Rental in Great Location

We stayed four days and it was not long enough. The Cozy Cabin had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. The beach is much easier to get to than we realized. Access is just around the corner. We will definitely visit again.

Great place to stay for the central Oregon Coast

Convenient for two couples touring the Oregon Coast. Close to beach and central to Cape Perpetua to the South as well as Newport to the north. Watch for the seals on the sand bar under the Waldport bridge in the evening.
