This stylish, beautifully-appointed single-level home is two blocks from miles of sandy beach and has a large grassy lawn that extends to a neighborhood playground with swings, tennis courts, and a volleyball net, making this an ideal home for a family. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms look out on the play area, so you can keep an eye on the activity outside while relaxing indoors or on the large covered porch. With slate floors, leather sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace, the living room is perfect for gathering.
