You will be just minutes to the ski areas and snow play areas. Spacious home on acreage with a huge lawn and a pond in the backyard. The wrap-around covered porch offers year-round outdoor living. After a fun day adventuring around Mt Hood, take a soak in the private, outdoor hot tub with the sounds of the Sandy River rushing by just beyond the pond and trees.

You will find it easy to prepare delicious meals in the modern kitchen with all the features you need including new appliances and equipment. The dining table seats 10 guests comfortably for meals and conversation. Retreat to the den with the large screen TV and stream your favorite shows and events with your apps. The game table is perfect for putting together puzzles and playing board games. The woodstove will keep you cozy and warm.

With 4 bedrooms upstairs, there is plenty of room for 10 guests. The primary suite includes a king bed and full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a queen bed. The 4th spacious bedroom has 2 queen beds. There is a second full bathroom with tub and shower upstairs. The half bathroom is downstairs next to the laundry room / mud room that you can access from the back porch.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love staying at the Cascades Cabin with the large backyard, the trail to the pond and the Sandy River nature trail just a couple of minute's walk from the cabin. You can ride your bike just 3 miles down the road to the Sandy Ridge Mountain Bike Trails or go for a hike at the Barlow Wayside Park just past Sandy Ridge.
