If you're looking for a cozy complete house to stay in at Lincoln City, then this is a great option. There's private parking, everything inside fully equipped, fast wifi, cable TV, code self access, walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood is cute and well maintained, nice small park across the street with walking paths and fire pit. If you can't do stairs, keep in mind that there are lots of stairs down to the beach, but we didn't mind at all.

Our family had the best time at the boardwalk! Our daughter loved the park location so much. We enjoyed every bit of our week there and were very sad to leave. Location is amazing and the house is adorable. Perfect for our family week at the beach!

This two bed room bungalow was perfect for our family. Great community close to everything you would need but a nice, new neighborhood feel. The kitchen was well suited for all of our cooking needs during our stay. We enjoyed the park across the street, the fire pit and sitting on the front porch. The beach access is about a 5 minute walk and then down a steep set of stairs. The views from on top are amazing and the beach is perfect for everything you would want. If you don't like climbing stairs to get home, it might not suit you but we enjoyed everything about our stay.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights and loved the house. The beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
