This sweet, one-level blue cottage has an elegance and serenity that will relax you at first sight. Its location just blocks from town and two blocks to the beach mean your guests can enjoy the tranquility of the residential neighborhood or walk the promenade and experience all the delights of Seaside. The cozy living room has comfortable sofas and recliners, a pretty wood stove and a large flat-screen. The dining room-kitchen has a breakfast bar to extend the dining space and a gas range for cooking meals. A deck out back lets you grill your dinner outdoors and relax at the table to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine as the sun sets. You’ll find lots to do in Seaside—dining, shopping and activities for the kids abound—and with the beach close by you have miles of sand for beachcombing. Fun, Freedom & Relaxation

I visited the Blue Pelican with a friend from California. We had the most relaxing and fun time. We walked to the beach with was just steps away and ran through the water, leaving behind all of our daily stress. The home was perfect and we enjoyed it very much.

Get away from it all...,

We had a wounderful stay in fact we added addional day at a discount. The home was perfect had all the items needed to complete our stay. Only issue we had was back patio is in need of resurfacing. Myself got a large splinter almost had to go to Emergency yo get it removed. Very warn surface wood with splintering wood. All in all great vacation home. Location was great too.
