Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by a sweet front porch with 2 Adirondack chairs - the ideal spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of California wine.

Living Space - Guests will feel at home in the luxe and welcoming living area with wood walls, ceilings, and floors, a gorgeous brick wood burning fireplace with hearth, and a comfortable sectional couch with a 50” plus flat screen Cable HDTV and DVD - perfect for lounging after a long day at the lake.

Kitchen - Preparing and gathering for meals will be a breeze in this recently remodeled kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, sleek granite counter tops, state-of-the-art appliances, and a lovely dining table that seats 6.

Bedrooms - After an adventure-filled day, guests will fall fast asleep in their choice of 3 comfortable bedrooms. All bedrooms are located upstairs.

A twin air mattress is also available for an additional sleeping option.

Spend the evenings relaxing under the stars in the large outdoor spa.

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than X cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM

This home allows a maximum of 7.
(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 7 allowed. No Over Occupancy.)
