This is a great location and you will enjoy this cute and cozy home nestled on a large lot and walking distance to the Village Shops and Restaurants. Centrally located to all Big Bear Lake Attractions. Perfect for a small family or a couples getaway. This home includes a charming, remodeled living room with Satellite TV, a wood burning stone fireplace and a sleeper sofa. There is 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds and a full size bathroom. The kitchen is a good size and has a double oven, microwave, coffee pot and is fully equipped for your family needs. Also has a good size dining table for the family. The back yard has picnic tables and a propane BBQ, located on a large fenced lot.
Plenty of parking for 2 cars and a boat.
Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.
Note: Applewood can be booked individually or with its sister cabin, Morningwood for just a small $ more (combined cabins under the name Mountainwood #064). Both cabins share a 1/4 acre fenced lot within walking distance to Big Bear Village.
