This modern 2400 sq. ft. home is located just 2 blocks from the lake and is truly one of a kind. Specially designed by the owner, it has many unique features. The large living and dining area features a 30 ft. vaulted open beam ceiling with special lighting resulting in a living area that is open and spacious, yet cozy and warm at the same time. It has a large fireplace and TV with Cable and Free HBO, DVD/VCR. The specially designed wood dining table provides ample seating for 10 people. The kitchen features a Viking stove with a large convection oven, a sub-zero refrigerator with two freezer areas, a convection microwave and dishwasher. It is fully furnished with the conveniences of 3 cable TV's, DVD, washer/dryer, dishwasher, BBQ cooking utensils, coffee maker, etc. Radiant heat ensures you’ll have a warm and cozy home on those cold winter nights.

This spacious home sleeps up to 8 people. The huge master suite upstairs features a king size bed, its own private bathroom with a steam room, and its own TV with Cable and Free HBO and DVD/VCR. The second bedroom downstairs offers a twin sized bunk bed and fold out couch with a double bed. It shares a Jack and Jill bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed, a queen sized futon style sleeper and its own TV. Set apart from the main living area above the garage it’s a great place for children.

Large backyard and great location
The large gently sloping back yard is loaded with trees and makes a great setting for picnics and offers a natural gas BBQ Grill - Please note the backyard is not fenced. Ideally located in the Boulder Bay area, this cabin is less than 5 minutes from the Village and less than 10 minutes from Snow Summit. And there's plenty of flat parking for 3 vehicles.

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.

This home allows a maximum of 8.

(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 8 allowed. No Over Occupancy.)
