The Grand Master Bedroom is located upstairs and includes a King size bed, wood burning stove, 36" Smart TV with Roku, Private Balcony, Huge Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower for 2, and dual sinks. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the main level and each include a twin over full bunk bed and an additional twin bed. Total sleeping for 8. There is a full size bathroom in the hallway for these 2 rooms. The 4th and 5th bedrooms are located downstairs and each include a queen size bed, Smart TV with Roku and balcony. There is a full size bathroom in the hallway. There is a nice laundry room located on the main level.

A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance.
This home allows a maximum occupancy of 14, with a maximum of 10 adults allowed. Any occupancy beyond 10 adults must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 14 allowed.
