This home is truly a log cabin guaranteed to give you a real "mountain-top experience." Enjoy the comforts of this home with the use of two beautiful fireplaces, an upscale kitchen and unique custom wood work. The spacious living room not only features comfortable seating but also offers an Cable TV. This home has all the conveniences of a microwave, industrial gas stove/oven, over-sized stainless steel refrigerator, Cable TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and high speed wireless internet.
4 Unique Bedrooms PLUS Bonus/Game Room
Four large bedrooms plus the bonus/game room provide comfortable sleeping for up to 13. The master bedroom features a unique log style queen-size bed, a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV w/ cable and a DVD player. The master bedroom also includes a private bath with a large jacuzzi tub and dual sinks. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper level of the home. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms feature flat panel TVs with cable. The fourth bedroom "the children's bedroom" features 2 double/single bunk beds (sleeping for 6) and features a flat screen TV w/cable. Also upstairs is the bonus/game room which offers a comfortable queen sized futon sleeper along with a flat screen TV with Roku.
Entertainment
Enjoy the use of an air hockey table, and foosball table. This home also offers a custom made pool table that is perfectly located in its own room just off the living room. For outdoor entertainment you can either pass the time by playing basketball, or relaxing in the large hot tub. (Please note, this home's indoor sauna is not currently available for use.)
Large Rustic Deck
The spacious deck includes 2 patio tables and a stainless steel gas propane BBQ - we provide the propane. You will appreciate the privacy of the over-sized outdoor hot tub - perfect for star gazing!
4 Vehicle Parking
The house is located on a quiet street in the prestigious Fox Farm area and offers level access driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.
Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.
This home allows a maximum of 10 adults and up to 3 children.
A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 13 allowed. No Over Occupancy.
