Downstairs, a delightful bunk/game room gives the kids their own space, with a queen sofa sleeper, two sets of twin bunks, a TV and a ping-pong table. A baby gate, Pack n’ Play, games, outdoor chairs, beach towels and toys will also enhance a family stay.

You’ll enjoy your own private access to miles of flat, sandy beach, where you’re likely to spot shorebirds, eagles, gulls, and if you’re lucky, one of the harbor seals that live on the Alsea Bay spit. Ride the two cruiser bikes in the garage to the nearby Bayshore Beach Club, where you can use the pool in summer and the fitness club year-round. Hop in the car and in five minutes you’ll be in Waldport, where you’ll find groceries, shops, dining, crabbing, clamming, kayaking and fishing.
